I can't remember the name of the dish - cheese sauce over toast?

It's an English dish (I think). My mom always made it - I loved it and want to find a recipe for it but I can't remember the name! HELP!

im english and all i can think of is welsh rarebit... however most people just call it cheese on toast lol...

we toast one side, turn over and put normal cheese on it, either sliced or grated and put it back under the grill to melt the cheese until it bubbles....

tastes extra nice with a splash of worcester sauce on it!
