I can't remember this kind of chocolate variation?

I heard someone talking about this sort of chocolate variation called...mullay? or something that begins with an 'm.' i just can't remember what it's called!!?? please help!

mole' means sauce. There's chocolate, that you are talking about...and there's mole' made from chili's..yum to both

Mole? With an accent over the e? It's Mexican chocolate or something right? I think it's a sauce and you can put it over chicken and other things.
