I can't save on Pokemon Pearl?

I cannot save on my new pokemon pearl game,Its saying this:

"There is already a saved game file.

Its impossible to save.

Please refer to the Instruction Booklet for details.

Press Up Select B Button on the title screen(What..??) if you want to erase the current saved game file.

Whats wrong?

I think when you start up the game, when it shows you the title screen with palkia, press up select b. it could also be on the scree that shows you the player, options, and nintendo wifi connections

It means when you see plakia on the title screen you press Up, select, and B and the game will say do you wanna erase saved data. Say yes and then it will start again.

when you se palkia come push up select b button and then you can start a new game and save it . hope it helps
