didn't you have glasses before you got this blind? if you can't see much from that distance, you probably need at least 800-900 power for your glasses. best go to a specialist to have your prescription done, if you're using contacts, you'll need low power.

well its a little more complicated than that, but the spherical equivalent of that distance in myopia would be approximately -4.00.  of course we dont know if you're spherical or have astigmatism, nor what amount or orientation of your astigmatism. this is an FYI explanation, not an Rx

Are you saying that you can't see anything further than 10 cm or closer than 10cm?   It really makes a difference in the answer.
