I can't seem to get full signal for any of the C4 channels on my freeview TV?

When scanning for channels on my freeview Tv, channel 4, e4 e4+1 etc. wont get full signal. When watching them the channel keeps jumping, what's going on? it hasn't always done this

The problem could be weather related, most likely high winds.

One solution would be to get an aerial upgrade, though this may prove expensive.

The much cheaper option would be to buy a Signal Booster (try Argos/Internet), this amplifies the signal recieved allowing for a better picture.
