Whenever I have my period, (last night), I sleep HORRIBLE. I wake up in cold sweats, and can't seem to go back to sleep. Last night for instance, I woke up sweating, and when I got up I thought I had peed myself or leaked my thighs were so wet. My room was really cool and I'm not sick. I don't want to have to take some type of tyelnol/midol other type of pill for this. Any ideas on how to get better sleep?

  1. So you don't want any meds, idk. Advil PM is best for sleeping if you ever want to try pills.

  2. In discussing this issue with my aunts, I was unusually discovered with my response:  During my ms I usually sleep tons.  Apparently my aunts don't sleep 2-3 days before their ms.  This shocked me as I sleep 24/7 pre ms. It all depends upon how our bodies respond to the ms.

  3. take a normal paracetamol before you go to bed it helps with the sweats
