I can't sign in to CIBC online banking?

I can't log in to CIBC online banking. After I put my card no. and pw, it showed an error message, saying they can't validate my card no. and password, with 'Result #U143' after the message (I think it's some sort of error code?). I am now outside of Canada and I can't reach them. I need to arrange my money transfer for my school fee ASAP or I'll miss the deadline. How can I solve it?? Thanks a lot.

call your school to explain the situation to them and ask for a couple day extention... call the bank ASAP in the morning to get everything figured out.. if you have a debit card or credit card with that bank info.. you can call the number on the back as they have 24 hour customer service to see if there is a problem with the card itself..

you could also call the school and put the payment on your debit card?
