I can't sign in to Yahoo Music - "unexpected error" message?

I have been trying to sign in to Yahoo Music off and on for a weeks and am uncecessful in getting in . I get the " unexpected error " message . I am paid subscribe and cannot used the service . What is wrong ? . Your help is appreciated.

Create a new Yahoo id and try to sign on.  If successful, then your original id and associated subscription could be messed up and you would have to get Yahoo to fix it.
