I can't sign in with my yahoo ID?

I deleted my account 4 or 5 months ago and now I reactivated my account.I can sign in yahoo.mail and yahoo.messenger but I can't sign in yahoo!360 and this message is shown to me: Sorry, this email is already being used.

Someone is already using this email within the Yahoo! 360°. Please go to the Member Directory and change your email address.

  1. When you delete your Yahoo ID, it deletes your access to all services under that ID. While there are some cases where the 360 space isn't deleted, but you still wouldn't be able to access it.

    Clear the cookies and cache of your browser. If you can't get to your 360 by the main way:

    - LOG OUT of all Yahoo services

    - Go to http://360.yahoo.com

    - Click the teeny tiny "Sign-in" link on the upper left of the page. After signing in, the page refreshes and you should click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of the page to get into the 360 space.

    Then, you will need to contact Customer Service by calling (some of these numbers - 866-562-7219, 408-349-3300, 408-349-1572 or e-mail ( clicking the Customer Care button at the bottom of this web page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/re... ).  They may be able to fix this aspect, but it will likely take extra work on your part to contact them.
