I can't sign up for 360?

Question

I don't know why I can't join Yahoo!360,though I have enter the page 360.yahoo.com,choosing Sign up,but everytime when I intend to sign up ,it appears a page (see image) ,after confirming everything the page require,clicking Continue but nothing happen,the page appeared again.

Please help me,as soon as possible

check if the following email addresses from ur Account Info are available if u verify them
