I can't sing!!!!?

Question

I sound awful, but i love to sing. i'm not sure what to do. It makes me so mad that my voice sounds awful on high notes, but i love to sing high notes. I can't afford singing lessons, but i've been watching all these people with amazing voices on tv and stuff. HELP WHAT DO I DO??????

Practice singing ALL the time... (i.e. karaoke--- i believe you can find some on youtube) or join a religous choir.

You can join a choir. Choir is just like voice lessons except learning one on one with somebody. As a singer, it has made me stronger as an indevidual. It is a lot of fun and you can work on all of your skills.

If this never works out for you and you still want to be musicaly talented, try learing to play an instrument. I really hope you can get into something like this. Your not only singing but you get to meet new people. You learn to support each other in a choir. Good luck!

try singing in the church choir, many famous people start there.  That could be a way to get free lessons from the lord.

Joining a church or school choir is a great way to improve your voice with a director and it's really fun! Many conservatories that offer private lessons also have scholarship progams that you can audition for. The one I study at does, and one of the best singers I know never payed a cent for her lessons, she was on scholarship (and she didn't start out with the killer voice she has now). You should look into opportunities like that at local conservatories. good luck!

im having the same problem i love singing`! but just do like the other people said and join chorus it'll help you out.
