  1. u must av something on your mind, but if it carries on, I would get sleeping pills

  2. Well sleep depends on ur age .

    Are you a teenager ?

if you are then im thinking it must be because of your body clock .

Try to fit more exercise into your day. also you should eat atleast 3 course meals per-day. another tip is to get lots of vitamin D - aka sunlight.

also another tip is to do this.

Starting from your legs and working ur way up to your torso(chest)

, neck and then head ,tense your muscles for 10 seconds.

after you have moved all the way up, picture urself in a place u wana b.

    eg, with ur gf/bf .

continue to just think about that place,

also keep ur eyes closed the hold time.

then if none of the following works .

    read a book .

it exercise the mind and due time you will become sleepy.

  3. You sound like you need to relax, a nice hot bubble bath always helps me fall asleep when i've got too much to think about.

  4. Ask your prents to buy you some Tylonol pm and take two befor bed tme that way your  will get that sleep when you need it.

  5. Try to clean your mind from anything that you are thinking about right now, if it doesn't work try pills. I have just your problem and I'm trying to solve it somehow.

  6. Sounds like you are anxious.

Obviously this answer won't be much use to you for this time, but in future, if you want to sleep you should try to go to bed at more or less the same time every night.

You say that you are trying to get back on track with your sleeping, but going to  bed at two does not sound like a good idea.

Try keeping regular times....and don't take any pills, they just cloud your mind in the most dull way possible.
