I can't sleep, plz help!!?

h**l everyone. ever since about the middle of july i have had trouble sleeping, i am 15. So, ill wil be tired and will want to go to sleep, but when i go and lay dow, i just cant get to sleep!, sometimes ill lay there for hours until like 3 or 4 in the morning, and sometimes i cant sleep at all and i just lay awake until like 6 in the morning. I am an athlete, and i know this sint healthy for me, and it needs to stop, and when i do finally get to sleep i end up staying asleep until like 12, 0r 1 in the afternoon, sometimes ever 2. please help me? what can i do???

  1. i think its cause its summer. the weather is hot, and it stays bright out for so long, its hard to sleep. try letting a fan blow on you to cool you off, and no caffeine, and if you fall asleep late, have your alarm set for 8am. and when it goes off, get up, even if you are tired, that way by the time evening comes, you will be wanting to sleep. this is the only way to retrain your sleep patterns. you will find that you will go to sleep a bit earlier each night, and pretty soon you are back on schedule.


  2. Take shower every day morning .

    Eat on time

    walk few minutes while take take deep breath .

    after dinner do your home work .

    Follow this for a week minimum .

  3. Not to sound patronising or anything but maybe it is your hormones, you are at that age where everything goes mad in your body. This is going to sound grandma ish but a cup of hot milky chocolate can soothe you to sleep! also lavender oil, just a couple of drops on your pillow relaxes you. Try not to watch tv an hour before you plan to go to sleep but listen to some nice music instead ( quietly) I hope this can help you.
