Okay it's 4:30am and I cant sleep. I havent been sleeping good for the past 3 or 4 days and I dont know why. I never feel tired at night, only when I wake up in the morning because I hardly sleep, but then agian at night I feel wide awake. Even though I wasnt tired, I tried to sleep at around 3am. But now it's been half an hour and I've just been lying in bed looking at my ceiling! How can I fall asleep without taking pills or anything like that?
