I can't sleep and it's almost 2. tomorrow I have class and I need help!?

Ive usually been going to bed at three because its been summer but now i have classes again and i'm not on schedule with sleeping.

           Just do onething try to stare at onething for more than 2mins and am sure you will surely get into sleep very soon.. and this really works out, and get ridoff all the tensions in ur mind and be cool while staring at something in your bedroom...

    is dat ok??


  2. Well, you can try this technique I use when I'm stressed out.

    As you lay down, close your eyes, and as you breath in, say "Relax"

    As you breath out, say "sleep"

    Eventually you won't have anything else to think about and you'll be amazed at how fast you slip into slumber, but just remember to focus on those things, and don't get sidetracked thought-wise.
