  1. Lack of sleep is usually due to stress and tension.  Sometimes when you get used to working a lot it is difficult to switch off.  It sometimes takes a bit of work to unwind and let go of the things you are thinking of.

Try this book called 'Cure Insomnia Naturally' on this link:  http://evz019.123sleep.hop.clickbank.net...

I've heard it's very good although I have never needed to use it myself.

  2. pl check these remedies

  3. try not to use the computer or watch t.v. for half an hour to an hour before you go to sleep. also you can try drinking warm milk or tea.=)

  4. A glass of warm milk and if you have any turkey, eat that. The tryptophan in them will make you sleepy.

  5. you can drink a cup of milk, read, close your eyes in the dark and just lay still or during the day keep busy and don't take naps.

just take your mind off the problem you  willgo to sleep.

you don't need drugs for everything just common sense.

  6. try exercise, remove dairy, refined sugar, and white flour from your diet ...  no caffeine after lunch ...  be sure to exercise after work/school - it will help you deal with any anxiety that they might be causing you to think about at night ...

the tryptophan in warm milk or turkey will help if it is just tonight (has to be warm to release it) ...  I also find crawling in bed with a really simple search-word or a really boring book can help "tire my eyes" ...  :)_

  7. I would have to tell you the same. Try a glass of warm milk, I know that tends to make some people I know sleepy. And I have tried this my self.
