I have my driving theory in the morning and results day on thursday, can't sleep and except for yesterday and the day before, I haven't slept very well all week :( How can I reduce myself of the stress?

  1. get some intense exercise, playing sports, jogging, hitting a punching bag, play fighting with a friend, any kind of intense exercise will relieve stress and help you sleep.

  4. To be honest, the first answerer had a point! You need to unwind, and relax, what kinda things do you do to relax? read? maybe watch a DVD? listen to your ipod? in the daytime, I recommend sport, particularly swimming and running and my love of Pilate's. I'm just getting into Yoga, but am fast getting bored with it, I just don't think I've fully allowed the objective to absorb, I'll look at it again tomorrow. Night night!

  6. Well, you could just take a long drive for the rest of the night. Maybe you'll fall asleep while driving!

  7. well if you so happen to have some weed, if you smoke a little you will serously be having the best sleep of your life in about 3 hours.

  9. Take deep breathes, listen to music, take a walk, do something that is going to relax you

  10. At night, put the bottom of your palm, on the middle of your forehead, imagine taking everything in your mind and moving it towards your palm, then when all your thoughts are collected, pull your hand off of your forehead like your throwing them away.

    Pushing on the "Third Eye" reduces stress and helps your sleeping.

    It really does work.

  12. Drink soothing liquids before bed, such as warm milk or decaf. or sleepy time tea.

    if it gets really bad, take a benedryl or drowsy medication. sleeping pill.

    sleep is so so so important.
