Question:

I can't sleep at night...?

I can't go to the Doc. because I don't have health care or that kind of money to pay for it, So what is the first thing or something I should try to fall a sleep at night?

  1. warm milk helps

    I sometimes have insomnia and to help sleep I'll drink sleepytime tea, most grocery stores will have something equivalent like sweet dreams

    avoid caffeine in the afternon till evening, if you drink coffee, tea, or soda, its ok in the morning but stick to caffeine free after lunch and also avoid a lot of sugar or chocolate

  3. try a natural herb called melatonin, it works wonders.  i have a 12 yr old that doesn't sleep thru the night and the doc told me to try that.  he is about 110 lbs and is on 3mg, but talk to your pharmacist to find out how much you should take, that is free.  good luck!!!!  other than that you can try reading, relaxing bath, warm bath, laying down breathing and trying not to psych yourself into sleeping.  i believe in alot of self talk, making yourself believe you can do anything you want to do and overcome most of your pain and sickness, but i cant do that with my son due to some other mental issues in his way, but he will learn.  you can do it!!!

  4. try to have s*x and really good hard s*x before you go to bed.

    at least have someone go down on you.
