Since like July I've been getting about 0-2 hours of sleep a night. I'm really tired and I was just wondering if anyone has any remedies or suggestions. I've tried intense excercise during the day, I've tried taking melatonin and benadryll (sp?) and I just can't get to sleep. I can't keep my legs still at night really, which makes me wonder if I have RLS.Help me out please :)
