  1. for sleeping take some benydrol. it helps you sleep. and isn't addictive.

  2. For now - try a warm towel over the area, heat can help with this kind of pain [it relaxes the nerves].

Camp out on their door by first light and they should do something for you NOW - because it's an emergency!

  3. i have the same pain

    i take orajel nighttime pain.

rub on the gum above your tooth and it makes

it compelety numb. it only last around 10 minutes

but after a few times of re-applying it the pain just fades .

  4. 4 advil, 2 benadryl 2 shots of Jack - got me through a toothache that needed a root canal and later surgical removal - not fun - best advice storm the gates - show up first thing get in get it taken care of - may not kill you but the pain will drive you crazy.

  5. Go to a health store or section of a grocery store.  Find the oils (essential oils or aromatherapy) and buy clove oil.  It will numb whatever it touches, so be prepared.  You should probably dilute it with some olive oil or other cooking oil. (But I personally used it straight).  Put it on the tooth itself and on the gums around it.

Dentists actually use clove oil to numb your mouth before giving you a shot to numb your mouth.

I had to use this after I had a filling when I could not stand the pain (after the numbing medicine from the dentist office wore off.)  I didn't need any other pain medicine, so I was very happy with the clove oil success.

If you don't have clove oil, I have heard of putting a whole clove in the cavity or whatever, but I'm not sure how that works.  But if you haven't it in your cabinet, you could always try.
