I've been at this new job since last thursday and I am only getting about 1 hour of sleep a day, except for one day when I slept about 6 hours. I cannot sleep during the day and I think it's because the job has me so depressed because I miss out on the day time.I don't know how much longer I can do this... It's really making me depressed and I feel like I'm in h**l. how much longer should I do this? Will missing out on this much sleep seriously s***w me up or what?:(oh and I already know the tips on preparing your room and all that for daytime sleeping. I've done it all..
