I can't smile properly!?

i know this is pretty bad, but since my lips curve downward, i can't make them curve upward to smile!

what can i do to make my lips not curve downward?

Ok, I agree with answer #1 or stay with what you've got. Lauren Conrad said she had a straight smile on The Hills ( i know you probably don't watch that but lol ) And I personally like guys with straight smiles. But its your smile, so do what you want with it.

I dont see what makes a smile proper other than your intentions to show happiness or amusement, etc. I have seen many smiles such as yours, and they too have expressed this fear, but it makes no sense to me because a genuine smile unrestrained by insecurity is beautiful. Accept your smile as is, you cant change it really. Trying to change it will be the only thing making it unattractive since you'll be thinking of it, smiling tightly and awkwardly, if at all, distracted, and that is noticeble to others. Don't look in the mirror and dont practice. Be you.
