Ok I think I have sleeping disorder of something because I wake up at least 3 to 4 times every night. This wouldn't be a problem execept for the fact that to put myself back to sleep I go down stairs and have a little snack. This is killing my weight loss! I know the simple soulution is just to go back to sleep but when i'm half asleep I loose most of my will power. In an effort to stop waking up so often I stopped drinking caffine after 12 noon, I am up every morning at 6:30 and work out everday. I try to go to bed every night at the same time but I also have trouble falling asleep because i'm just not tired. What should I do?!?!
