  1. i dont think you have to much of a problem if you are within the healthy bmi range for your height...try to limit your binging to healthy foods, don't just eat sugary stuff ect.

  2. Be careful!!!! If I want to eat and I know I shouldnt, I always say, If I eat this, i will die or I will go to jail, that usually works.

  3. Sometimes people THINK they have an eating disorder, but they don't. Ask yourself some simple questions, if the answer is yes you may have a problem.

-Are you always planning what your going to eat before you go to the kitchen?

-Are you shy of eating in front of people because they could think its too much? Are you hiding what you eat because of that?

    etc..

There are many easy tips you can use on a daily basis to help control your compulsive eating disorder:

-take slow walks after eating (helps digest properly)

-keep some  sugar-free hard candy in ur purse ( when u feel like eating)

-grab an apple (cuts hunger for a little while)

-Whole-grain bread is your best friend (really filling)

-eat some meat! protein is very filling

    -peanut butter (for breakfast)

    -nuts (snacks)

+ you should allow yourself a big home-made healthy burger or a nice hot-dog 1-2 a week so you can keep it up.

Also remember you should have 3 meals during the day and have snacks between them (like nuts, yogurt, bananas).

I hope you'll find something useful in my answer, if not keep looking and good luck ;)

  4. Chew gum, I'm exactly the same and it helps me out.

  5. check your thyroid

    and something very important

    *little tip*

when you binge ,YEs eat healthy kinds plz dont eat c**p!!!

  6. Protein based foods like nuts, seeds, eggs are proven to be more filling

  7. i had the same problem as you when i was younger i was constantly eating and still really skinny. I used to eat even when i wasn't hungry  without realising what i was doing i grew out of it eventually and weirdly when i stopped eating as much i put on weight lol.Maybe you just have a fast metabolism. Try eating carbohydrates such as pasta and rice etc and try to snack on fruit and healthy foods rather than crisps and choc etc. Try chewing gum as it keeps your mouth busy and stops you wanting something to eat. If i was you i wouldn't worry about it too much as you are not overweight so it not that big of deal

  8. Try eating at the proper times, such as Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, etc.

Make sure they're nutritious, proper meals.

If you're still feeling hungry after a meal, try having some dilute juice or water, most people think they're hungry when they're actually thirsty, water compensates for a great deal of hunger.

Also, if it's a huge problem, try to distance yourself from the house more often, try going out more without having the option to go and binge on food.
