  1. If you can do something about the things that are stressing you then deal with them one at a time until they are all sorted. If you cant do anything about them then stop stressing, you'll drive yourself crazy along with everyone else and the problems will still be there. If you have no control over certain things then trust that life will sort it out in time.

  2. it's okay sweetheart! take a deep breath! go for a run, it will make you feel soo much better! a few push ups would even make a difference. once you've broken a sweat, take a nice shower and do your nails. focusing on a little thing like your nails is comforting because it helps you control your thoughts.

    i'm sorry you're so upset = [

Listen to those 3 in that order.

  7. Go and look up some pics of disabled or deformed people and then you could realise that you haven't got any real problems and that they would love more to have your life than theirs

  8. that honestly happen to about a month ago, I was stressed out about all this stuff.  when i looked at it there wasn't that much to be stressing over, i know you won't believe me when I say this, but you sound like me.  Get More Sleep! seriously just try it for the next 3 days get at least an hour more than you normally do.

  9. once i was laughing so hard that i annoyed my friend so she punched me in the head, my head then decided to smack itself off a concrete wall. I then suddenly burst out into hysterics, I'm not just talking about tears i mean they were streaming but I was also shaking and trembling like mad. My friend was like: "Whats wrong?" and i couldn't pull myself together long enough to give her an answer without stuttering her to death, but the truth was that I didn't know why I was crying, I think that I just hit something in my head that made me cry like crazy.

I know this story doesn't really help much but I hope that it cheered you up, if eaven for a short while. I suppose this story can also show that people can cry and get upset for many different reasons, big and small. Time is a great healer.

I hope you feel better soon.

  10. just relax.  Its okay everything will be okay.  Take a deep breath.

  11. Relax!

Take a nice hot bath and add 'essential' oils and light some candles and relaxing incense around it. Try reading a good book and listening to some calming music. Have plenty of vitamin C to reduce your stress and vapourise some orange to uplift your mood.

Use breathing exercises. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen. As you inhale, focus on pushing your abdomen out so your lower hand moves out. As you exhale, focus on pushing your abdomen in. Try to keep a pause after you inhale and exhale. Also when you exhale, try to keep it slightly longer than when you inhale. A simple way to achieve this is to count to four slowly as you inhale and five slowly as you exhale.

If your still tense, try a positive visualisation exercise. It can be with the company of a certain person or on your own. Imagine the sights, sounds, smells and tastes you want to experience. Focus on the other people their, the cloths worn and the weather. The more detailed the impression, the more affective it will be.

If your worrying about something, write it, stand back and think about what you can realistically do. Write a possible solution down and then throw the piece of paper away, and with it the associate attention.

Yoga meditation and a whiff of lavender are also really helpful for relaxation.

    Good luck and chill'out ;)

  12. First off>WISE THE **** UP.  Secondly be gracious for the precious life that you have, realize that it is gift and should be utilized in it's fullest and appreciated every second of every day.   Everyone gets down but as we get older we can ground ourselves with the basic knowledge that we OWN our power and can overcome silly pressures and stress by knowing that they are not real, they are a self-made illusion.  Move forth in your life with glee that you have a functioning body and are not short of food and basic neccessities.

  13. Hi there!

It's ok to be like that and i've been through it and i know its a horrible feeling!!

It's called depression. Try watching the news because thats always helped me.

Do you mostly cry when no-ones there because if you do just keep yourself busy and plan lots of things so you have stuff to look forward to!

Tell somebody, because keeping it all inside won't help! You'll always feel better.

Don't expect to recover fast. It can take at least month or two and you'll be back to normal and hopefully crying less!

    good luck!

  14. I think that you should ignore anyone who makes you feel bad for how you are feeling. You are clearly upset at the moment and that is all that matters.  Lots of people go through stages where they have feelings of depression -  however you should really try and see your GP to help you work out what is going on as there could be any number of reasons for why you feel as you do.  GPs see loads of people in your situation so it is nothing to be embarrassed about and it is generally easy to get help.  Hope you feel better soon and best of luck.  Ps.  Don't be hard on yourself.
