I can't stop thinking about this stupid game called rumble fighter when I sleep. It's driving me nuts. I started to sleep at 6:00 P.M. I woke up at 12:00 A.M. and I started to play the game in my head. It got really annoying. Does this possibly have anything to do with sleeping so early? I never had this problem before and I don't know why I have it now. I also start thinking about it unless I do something like this or learning. It's getitng me frustrated and I feel like I'm going crazy. Help?

  1. Get away from the game. Get away from all games. Do something that will change your mind or drag it away.

Normally when this happens to me i let it happen until something comes up where i forget about it. Like exams, etc.

Possibly spend more time outdoors playing sport etc.

  2. i think you must stop play that for at least 1 week. It'a not nesessary to sleep so early, just the regular time.i think 10 or 10:30 is OK.you can go to ride horse, shopping, basketball, swimming instead.Don't too worry,it will turn better soon. But if you still keep playing, you will get neurasthenia easily

  3. just go with it.  Let your mind wander where it will and sleep will come.  This is your brain still operating in rumble fighter mode even after the game is over.  (much in the same way you might feel like you still have skates on after hours of skating even after you've changed into your boots.)  In the morning, when your right brain isn't using imagination to assimilate the information of the day, the game will end and you will go about your life as always.  Or, if it's really bothering you, concentrate your thoughts on a song, or something else that will get your mind off it.

  4. ive had that too except with songs what you need to do is sleep at a time where u cant possibly be awake anymore like when your so drowsy. watch a scary movie somethign that will lkeep you in fear as it drags your attention from the game im a mental therapist many have seen me with this problem just do something that will completely grab your attention and take your midn off that game

  5. My mum does this thing with me called tapping.

It helps me get to sleep when i am excited and stuff.

I f you choose my answer then i can tell you more about it.

    It really works.

  6. perhaps stop playing that game for a while?

  7. If you played the game and went straight to sleep that might be the problem

also if you are stuck on a specific part than your brain is trying to figure out ways that it can get past that part

also if you get about 10 hours of sleep, give or take a few hours than you have a natural tendency to wake up early. i do this a lot. if i go to sleep earlier than i normally do than i waken up before my alarm rings.

if it is none of these things you might just be addicted to the game, seek professional help
