I can't tell if I'm warm-toned or cool-toned?

Question

I tried the vein thing, but some were green and some were blue. I also tried the scarf test, and I can't tell which one looks better. How can I determine if I'm warm toned or cool toned in another way?

cut ur bangs a little shorter but u have a ong face so ill say make ur hair grow longer. No offense but ur avatar looks way better than u do

I have always wondered about that, too.  Maybe the best way to tell is to try a variety of makeup colors and determine which looks best.  And be sure to ask other people, too.

Put on some gold jewlery and then some silver jewlery--- whichever one yu look better in... in which case does your skin seem to glow, etc. take a picture of both so you can compare easily.

if you look better in the gold-- warm toned

silver- cool toned
