I can't tell if i have gone threw puberty because i have grown hair but my voice hasn't lowered or deepened

Since your voice is cracking, you're in the middle of puberty and it probably wont be over until you are 18 to 20

Pubic hair is the first sign of puberty but you are early in puberty, just give it time. PS drink lots of water, dont ask.

puberty is not an overnight thing..

it is more like a over night+8 years type of thing.

It's a process, and my continue for several years.  you're probably fine.   If concerned, ask to get a physical, and give the doc your questions, by talking, or just writing them down and handing them to the doc or nurse.  They'll treat you right, and explain what to expect.

does your voice sometimes crack?  If it cracks alot, then it's getting closer to when you will have a deeper voice.
