Question:

I can't tell if it's really life or just my thoughts flying around in my head.

My anxiety has gotten worse. I do not know what to do for help. I;m completely confusing myself and my thoughts are getting the best of me. I think I'm starting to create more anxiety for myself... but... I can't get a grip.

    try to get  your brain space adjusted for a new things, it will help


  2. Here are a couple of thoughts for you-

    Meditation: "There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so." Start with three minutes at a time of meditation. Tell yourself the positive things you want to be, like "I am a calm person" and "I think clearly about things." This sort of thing has been shown to help.

    Medication: if problems continue, consult a psychiatrist. I have low levels of depression that dragged on for years and finally got a medication that helps me. There's a social stigma attached but trust me, sometimes it makes a real day and night difference for people.
