I can't transfer pictures and songs from my computer to my phone.

I just bought the new Moto Razr 2 and everytime I try to drag music or pics to my phone under the "My Computer" file it always sais "please insert a disk into removable disk". What does that mean and how do I do it.

your phone shoudl ocme wiht  a CD with the software on it.

becuase phones al use diffrnect OS's they need special software to let you put fiels on the phones.

if you didnt get a CD, have a look at the downloads section on the motorola wbsite.
