  3. Presumably you  mean tenses in English? If so there are at least 14. It would help to know if you are a native English speaker and why you need to know or someone learning English as a second language. Either way a series of books called English grammar for students of????? explain this very well.

    Most native English speaker would struggle to tell you if a sentence was in a tense form of  beyond past present or future or that adding the suffix ing to a tense changes it to the progressive forms which along with the past and future tenses are probably the 6 commonest tenses used.

  4. no, there is no "most simple way" to learn the tenses.  Read, watch, and listen, that is how you learn more.  The more books you read the more you will develop the proper understanding of when to use the different tenses.
