I can't up load a picture from yahoo's pic's ?

I have been trying to up load pictures that yahoo has up there to add.

It will not show on my profile I tried everything also now when I go into www.facebook.com I am having the same trouble. Now I can see any faces of my friends there too! I had switched over to the new facebook they have but didn't like it because they only put up on your home page what they want you to see.Plz can any one help?I was thinking I have my private setting turned on /on face book does anyone know how to true it off over to none private? If so I would thank you very much for telling me how -ten points for the best answer that works..Anyone one here use face book too! If you do please don't go over to the new face book .they only show you what they want you to see...So Please stay with the old face book or you will loose all of your pictures on there like I did ..
