I can't update my billing info because the page dosen't have the continue option once you type the new card #

Try this.  When you get to that page and don't see the continue option, place your pointer on the top blue header, like the one above that says Yahoo! Answers and your question.  Drag the page to the left and the contiue option should be visible.
