I can't upload JPEG pictures to other web sites, such as EBAY.?

I have attempted to upload pic's in both JPEG and GIF formats but the uploads fail. Example: Uploading a picture for EBAY.

  1. Most web sites require the photos to be in jpeg format but the photo could be to large here is a free on line photo resizer i have used it and found it easy to use and offering a good free service. no software download needed.

  2. Make sure the file size is the below the max size aloud.  If the size is too large, it will not upload or complete.
