Since today that I tried to change my personal pictures I can't upload any picture on my profile! Whenever I click on the Save bottom ,it just takes me back to my profile without uploading a single picture.Eventhough everyone is supposed to be able to upload 4 pictures. Is there any way to fix this?

  1. You must see to it that your picture isn't bigger than 5MB,and if it not, just try again with uploading,I had the same error too and finally it worked.Good luck!

  2. Oh.. I am sorry your having so much trouble.. but I do not have good news for you my friend..

The reason you are having so many problems with your 360 account is ..

We are losing our Yahoo 360 accounts very soon according to the Yahoo product blog you can access by going to this link:

    http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360

There are many problems that will not be fixed by Yahoo on the 360, and they are getting worse each passing day.

I urge you to go to the product blog and read the information for the last three postings by yahoo about all of the changes that are coming to us soon.

  3. UPDATE:

Thanks for clarifying your question. As stated before, the module is buggy.

Sorry, you may not be able to fix this. My overall recommendation is that you leave the module alone.

If you want to TRY something you can attempt to do the following:

    - You can delete one of the other pictures (not the primary one) to possibly get rid of a red x (or an elongated page resulting from the buggy module). But if you have no images showing, that's probably not an option for you.

    - You can try adding an image, but likely you won't be able to do so. Try adding more than one image at one time - 3 or 4.

It's a risk. Since you've already lost all the spots in the module, you may unintentionally elongate the page if you attempt to make adjustments in that area. Again, if it doesn't bother you that much, I recommend just leaving it alone.

If it does bother you, then you can create a new 360 space under a separate Yahoo ID.

NOTE: The Y!360 team is no longer addressing bug reports, as it prepares to launch a new social-networking system in the 2nd half of 2008. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space.
