I can't upload my Excel file with macros in it! - Help Please!?

I tried to upload an Excel file with macros in it, to my website, but when people try and download it from my site, it won't open because "it hasnt got a digitally signed trusted certificate". What is one of these and how do I get one?

It is something that identifies you as the author of the code and ensures that you can be found if your code has a virus.
