I can't upload my movie from my camera?

Whenever I keep trying to save a video and pictures from my camera to my computer, I get an error message. "Error copying file or folder"

The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request.

This never happened before. Whats going on???

I think the camera turned it into .avi or something..does it make a difference?? This isnt the first time I transferred videos to my computer though.
