I'm trying to upload a video onto my iPod Video (30GB). It won't work though!

I've done everything... The video is an MPEG-4 Video File.

On iTunes, I managed to get the video into the library thing... but when I dragged the video to the 'My iPod' tab, a box appeared that says:

'Some of the videos in your iTunes library, including the video "harrypotter6trailer", were not copied to the iPod "Tim's iPod' because they cannot be played on this iPod.

I went to the Apple Support thing, I've tried everything! It told me once to convert videos using the 'Advanced' tab or something on iTunes, I don't know. Also, when I uploaded the video to the library in iTunes (first it went to the Videos tab) I used both 'Add file to library' and 'Add folder to library.'

Please, help is much appreciated!
