I can't use buy Scrabble game which I bought at the store. I just can't get it to work. Please help?

I purchased a scrabble game at the store and have loved playing it. Recently, I had a problem with my computer and brought it to get fixed. The techy returned it and gave me the scrabble disc he found in the disc drive. Now I can't seem to get it to work. Please help

You need to download a new alphabet.
