  1. i think the music motivates you.  like if im skating a program without music it wont go as well as when im doing it to music

  3. Its just a matter of being focused. When you have music going your sense of hearing is focused, and because of that it is one less thing that can throw you off.

  5. When listening to music you tend to relax, and your muscles may not tense up as much. Also, in Music there's a rhythm, and your brain subconsciously adapts to this rhythm, making a lot of other things easier without really knowing it. Particularly if it's Music you enjoy that you happen to be listening to, you will be happier and more uplifted, and so will be able to balance and do a lot of things better as a result!
