I can connect to security enabled wireless network but can't browse why ?

Question

i made some trials with giving some IP adress's and giving some network key which i found inside one text box while i tried to setup new wireless connection and it connected also status showing send and received with received number more than send number..but i can't browse internet it shows " can't open page " or explorer can't open search page something like this...please help me to clear this ?

your question makes no since if you are using a linksys router type in 192.168.1.1 then for password type admin ( no username) then look threw menues and find restore factory defaults.. or you can find a "reset" button on your router get a pencil and hold it down for like 15 seconds try it. but your question is to confusing to diagnose
