Question:

I can do a good handstand, i just can stay up in it long...?

  1. Tuck your chin. Also, don't rush into it. Slowly, lunge your knee and go into it.


  2. One word: practice.

    Try doing your handstand against a wall. Start far enough away that your not right against it, but you can use it if you start to fall. The key to holding a handstand, other than finding your center of balance, is using your fingers. Use your fingertips, bending your fingers so that you are 'gripping' the floor. Trust me, this makes a BIG difference.

  3. iwould do half puchups and deltoid raises.

  4. Try overhead presses or inclined push ups and different planches.  Just hold the different planches as long as you can and repeat 3 times or so every day and your strength and balance should get better.
