Last night I found a little... bump in my mouth, and from experience I know that pretty soon it will become sore and well, not nice looking. Is there any way to prevent it from getting bad? School starts in 8 days, and that's not exactly they way I want to start off the new year at a new school, unable to talk or even open my mouth without it hurting.

  1. rinse your mouth with water mixed with baking soda...its nasty but really helps slow the process and prevent it from getting worse, the water should be warm not cold , rinse at least twice a day and don't swallow ..good luck, and belive me it helps

  2. you need to take mulit vitamins. vitiman b will help it heal for example. swish your mouth with some salt water to help it heal until the vitimans kick in. good luck.

  3. You should put some molasses on it. It may sting for a few seconds, but will work wonders!

  4. ok quick! eat yogurt ,curds in plenty.

Try to have dark green leafy vegetables lots of it.

Try not to skip meals and eat at least small meals every time you feel hungry.

Try to get Indian Gooseberry -Amla, and eat it raw once a day.

And yes like David said above drink enough water.

and most important eat fiber rich food they will prevent constipation

which is one of the causes for mouth ulcers.

  5. Swish/gargle warm salt water...it will go away within a day.

  6. don't touch it and drink lots of fluids.

there are some medication for it but most don't work too well and are expensive.

i just don't touch and and drink lots of water
