Hi all!

I'm finally financially ready to start rebuilding my credit. First step...paying off my debts. There's so many though! For the longest time I just threw away bills I wasn't able to pay so now I don't even remember what needs to be paid and how much! Is there a way I can get a list of all my outstanding balances and maybe phone numbers of the debt collectors so I can work out a settlement for all of these bills??

Thanks!

  1. Did you want to rebuild your credit or pay off debts?  These are 2 very different things.  If you pay a debt that is more than 2 years old, it will actually lower your credit score by "reactivating" the debt.  It will show as a paid collection within the last 2 years and have a negative affect on your score.  You might want to consider either credit repair or a tradeline program to boost your score.  They are very affordable and would get you well on your way to having your own credit. My mom used it and not only was able to open other accounts, but her score jumped 51 points. Check out the free evaluation form at www.totaldebtsolutionsllc.com They can help.
