I can give myself an o****m but cant get one from anyone else?

I can give myself a o****m just fine but then when it comes to anyone else trying to give me one i cant why would that be?

Me to Me to i have never had an o****m by a guy only i can do it and my boyfriend of 3 years hates that cant wait to see what people tell ya sorry i know i was not any help
