I can go anywhere in the world. WHERE should I go?

Question

For my highschool graduation this coming year my parents are letting me pick anywhere in the world to go as a family. I want to go somewhere different where I can have an experience that is totally different. I figure we will have a couple weeks for our trip. My mom would like to go somewhere where english is a prominent language. I am particularly interested in either scandinavia, south africa, or india. Any interesting ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Well one thing to consider before you decide is what place do you really know? Like language, their culture, and everything like that? I know other countries respect when they have people visit from other countries and they atleast know a bit about where it is exactly that they are. Also, if you know a bit about the place you are going, it will make it a bit more interesting to go there since you will be experiencing the things you heard and studied about live and in person. So those are just a few things to consider.

Personally, I would go to OPEC headquarters and kill them :)
