Well if you want to change the text or add text you can download photoshop. The people that want to add something to it like words or anything like that will have to get a downloadable prorgram to add text to it. I can give you more information for free. There is also something on http://www.icanhascheezburger.com that will let you add text and anything you want like that. There should be a button that says LOL builder.
