  1. i cant even do 1

  2. Do 25, rest for a minute or two and do another 25, then a final set of 25 after andother short rest. Do this every other day and within 2 or 3 weeks you should be able to do 28. As the weeks go by you will get better and better, before you know it you will be able to push out 50.

As for the correct form, the Royal Marines website has a section explaining the examination test for the recruits complete with information on how to carry out a variety of exercises. It also has the times required times for the 2.4km run which is an interesting way to see how your fitness levels compare to some of the toughest people in the world.

Edit: Push ups are a form of anaerobic training or muscle building, so a 48 hour rest is essential if you want your muscles to repair and grow so that you might be able to increase the amount of reps you can do. 'adding 5 more everyday' is first of all impossible if you can only do 25 today. Push ups, sit ups, bicep curls, bench press, they all require that 48 hours to recover, so every other day at most is the way to train your muscles.

  3. Right form is when you take your time and go down deep into the floor. Most people in you tube do it wrongly. Most of them do it too fast or they wont go down all the way up or down.Check this guy out.He is the only guy i have ever seen in you tube who has the right form and he is a pro in home exercises.

  5. i can only do 5. do you feel any better?
