I can lift heavy weights in the gym, but i cant lift my own body weight?

I am an amature bodybuilder (stilll learning) i can lift heavy weights in the gym but i cant lift my body weight, like pull ups, push ups, ect. does any one have like training tips on how i can get huge and still do body weight thanks.

  1. Every day do at least 10 reps a few times a day at a certain weight.  The next day increase the weight by 2 pounds. Everyday, continue to do this.  In  a few days, after a lot of work you should be able to lift your own weight.


  2. do body weight exercises e.g push ups sit ups tricep dips and stuff like that and do both but do not over exert yourself and burn you self out
