I can log on but can't view my e-mail...why?

I log on, see my.yahoo page, click on new e-mail...a error page comes on that says the page can not be seen.

  1. Im trying to help my friend. She's having the same problem. We have no idea whats going on. We are trying to forward her emails to another email address, but i can figure that out either. any ideas?
